Services
Emergency water extraction
Standing water from a burst pipe, a failed sump pump or a heavy storm. We shut off the water, pull up the standing water with truck-mount extractors and wet/dry vacuums, lift soaked carpet and pad, and get heavy-duty dehumidifiers and air movers running. Every hour the water sits, it soaks further into drywall and subfloor.
Basement flood cleanup
Rain, groundwater, a sump pump failure or a burst water heater. We extract the water, cut wet drywall above the water line, pull out wet insulation and swollen flooring, sanitize, and dry the structure until moisture readings are normal. Then we rebuild the finished basement: insulation, drywall, flooring, baseboards and paint.
Sewer backup cleanup
Sewage from a floor drain or toilet is Category 3 water and is handled differently from a clean leak. We remove contaminated materials, disinfect every surface the water touched and dry the space. Until we arrive, keep children and pets out, do not flush or run taps, and do not use a shop vac on it.
Burst pipe water damage
Water coming through a ceiling or down a wall. Shut off the main water valve first, then call. We extract the water, open up only what has to come out, and dry ceilings and wall cavities in place where the readings allow. We bring a licensed plumber or work with yours, so walls get opened once.
Mold removal
Mold after a leak, a flood or in a damp basement. We find the moisture feeding it, seal the area with plastic sheeting and filtered air, remove mold-affected drywall and insulation, and HEPA clean what stays. Then we fix the moisture source, or tell you who has to: a plumber, a roofer or a grading contractor.
Water damage repair
Once the readings say dry, we put the room back: insulation, drywall, flooring, baseboards and paint. If we did the cleanup, the crew rebuilding already knows what was removed and why. If another company did the drying, send us their final readings; we take our own before we close any wall.
Insurance claim help
Many water damage jobs go through a home insurance claim. We photograph the damage before anything is removed, record moisture readings and drying logs, and list what came out and why, which is what adjusters ask for. Your policy decides what is covered, so check it or ask your insurer; we do not give insurance advice.
How a job works
- You call and tell us where the water is coming from.
- Moisture meters show where it went, including behind walls and under floors.
- We extract the standing water, then remove what cannot be dried.
- Air movers and dehumidifiers run until the readings say the structure is dry.
- We repair the drywall, flooring and paint, and give your adjuster the photos and readings.

Questions
How fast can you get to my home in Whitby?
Typically within 60 minutes. Hours: Open 24 hours, 7 days a week
Should I wait for my insurance adjuster before calling you?
No. Water keeps spreading, and home policies generally expect you to limit further damage. Take photos, then call us.
Will my insurance cover it?
Often, for sudden damage like a burst pipe. Flooding from outside and sewer backup depend on what your policy includes. See how we work with your insurance.
Do you bill my insurance company directly?
